Adnams is a brewery and distillery in Southwold, on the Suffolk coast. They’ve brewed beer since 1872 and are big on sustainability. But it’s not just beer they make. They also produce awardwinning spirits, wines, and have their own pubs, hotels and stores.

Execution
Let’s make sustainability taste good through junk food, and not feel bad about eating it. We’ll launch Junk-Junk Food!, a pop-up restaurant serving tasty junk food made with ingredients left over (ie. junk) from the batches of drinks. How about Jaffa balls made with juniper alongside sweet orange and hibiscus from their Copper House Dry Gin? Or burger buns made with leftover rye from their Ghost Ship Beer? Finish it off with apple-glazed doughnuts from the desert apples of the Wild Wave English Cider. This is feel-good junk food.
